Excellent quality Vent
It's a very modern and stylish stove vent. We love the features that allow you to control the speed of the venting. It's a very quiet unit as well. Say nothing about the price—it is very affordable and of good quality. We highly recommend it.

Hood vent that a sleek design for kitchen
I loved the design, but I had to return , due to my husband recent injury and unable to install it, they were great about the return, I would order it again if I had someone to install it.

Good customer service, poor packing
The first hood arrived with both chimney sections damaged. After about half an hour going around in circles I spoke to a human (at Amazon) who arranged a replacement. Unfortunately it arrived in even worse condition than the first. Not wanting to extend this any further we used the best section from each box. Not perfect but livable. JOEAONZ needs to work on their packaging.Installation is definitely a two person job. Tip: install the lower of the two bolts attaching the two sections of angle iron together about 8 inches up from he bottom otherwise the fan unit hits them.Other than the shipping woes the unit looks good and works fine.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH
Terrible product!! The first one arrived damaged. The company did refund my money but when I received the second one, the glass is chipped. They want me to return it but will not send me a prepaid shipping label.WARNING!! Do not use Federal Express for shipping. Our cameras show the delivery person THROWING our package on the front porch. 😡😡I should not have so much anxiety over a simple order. This company has delayed our kitchen project twice.

Love this range.
The media could not be loaded. So far so good. No more smell of cooking around the house. Quality is good for the price. Noise is no that bad. Only had it for 3 days and is doing the job.4 stars packaging reasons, needs better protection from scratches.Black color is beautiful.
