I have been taking melatonin for quite some time now. I have a high stress job so when I need to get to bed, I take this melatonin which helps me to relax, and ultimately fall asleep. I find it to be very effective, and this a quality supplement.These are easy to use/chew as they are made into a berry flavored gummy that is very good!! They are not huge and the texture is also very palatable.The price was super reasonable and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get some relaxation/sleep.

Love these they work well. I have insomnia since I was a kid so this is the first thing that has actually helped me to go to sleep. It tastes good and the strength is right that my doctor ordered 10mg.

These melatonin gummies put me right to sleep, and I mean that in the best way possible. The flavor is pleasant, not overly sweet, and I do not get any weird aftertaste like I have with other brands. Updated review: So yes, they do work! Too well! However, you will be groggy on the wake up, that is if you don't get a full rest( 8+ hours). It also takes awhile to wear off. I dont think ill finish the bottle.
