Giving it 5 stars even though it had a few scratches on two of the corners on the back cover that were noticeable from well over 12 inches away. The way I look at It. It's not noticeable with a case. And it is a great price for the phone. The rest of it was like new. The screen is perfect. Battery life is excellent. I found you need to turn it on without the sim card installed to get the info you need (imei #) to register and activate it online. When I tried it with the sim installed, it wouldn't get past trying to activate the phone with Verizon screen. Stating the phone could not be activated. Please call or bring it in to Verizon. It was a little frustrating lol. But once I figured it out and got the information I needed off the phone ( imei # ). It was easy and quick to get it going. I am very pleased with how the phone works. Best deal on a 5G phone. Probably the best phone deal I've gotten in a long time. Would buy again.

Couldn't get it unlocked in my country, great phone but a waste buy for me

Bought the phone but got tied up and couldn't connect it right away so when I did go to hook it up with Verizon they would not hook it up. I went to three stores because it was reported stolen I then called Amazon to tell them and they don't want to know because it was too late .I'm serious vondidy filing criminal chsrgedt at the very least small claims court.Frankly I was shocked at Amazon's reaction I called three maybe four different times asking to get a supervisor or somebody who had some kind of clout it was a stolen phone. They have no right to do that and they should have taken steps to prevent that from happening all they cared about is I was past the days and time to return it so they didn't care.Improbably going to go to criminal court and,/ ot file a small claims ot file criminal charges against them.Verizon places would not activatr. Be careful!Be careful!Don't nbuy any phones from Amazon ! both of them didn't work! And it Stolen!Couldn't be activied!

Works great

Like the guy who accidentally ran over it, but it kept working, this phone is a real treat if you're a Verizon customer or if you just want a nice little gaming phone with no service. You can't use the phone without service unless you pull the sim out though. If this price goes back down to the $53 I paid, I'll buy a few more but until then I am just finding too many flagship destroyers on AliE that are slightly more expensive and years newer. Albeit, this phone's Snapdragon 765G is still a great processor years later. I dunno if they'll drop the price again, but if they do, get this even if only to play games or gift someone who has never had a nice 5g phone! This is listed as 4gb ram, but in description and in truth, it is 6gb ram like it states in the description. One year later my son still loving this thing & I am still very pleased with this purchase and my Amazon refurbished S20 5g. There's a reason nobody wants to upgrade to s21-s23. This little TCL is better than most $400 devices. I am tempted to buy a few for Christmas again.

I really only use a phone for the basics(talk, text and occasional Internet) and it works perfect for me. Battery still holds up all day after over a year of use.
