While the monitors in this bundle initially arrived with damage TWICE to the monitors despite excellent packaging due to rough handling by the courier/delivery service, First Click Solutions were fantastic and rapid to send out replacements without question, and profusely apologetic for something that was ultimately beyond their control. They gave fantastic communication and took the responsibility of arranging replacements and couriers in their stride.The quality of their refurbished equipment is excellent and like-new, value for money is unbeatable and the computer arrived ready to 'plug & play' with all peripherals and an easy-to-assemble good quality monitor stand. And the PC is of high spec with more than enough performance to do any office work for the next 5 years at least. Overall highly satisfied with the product, and the service I received from this seller and would recommend them to anyone.

My 1st system got held up due to courier error, Amazons customer service shone through as usual & my reorder arrived sub 24 hours, well packaged & in excellent condition.Perfect to view multiple charts. As you can see from the pictures the screens were in a very poor state. Having returned the product Amazon are stating I have to communicate with the supplier directly for the refund which they are reluctant to provide. As Amazon are a third party in the mix section 75 does not apply so I have lost the money. To other prospective buyers be aware that you have no credit card protection when buying through Amazon for a third party seller. Please see Trustpilot reviews for impartial reviews of the service from First Click Solutions Ltd. Update: I have now had to start legal proceedings to recover outstanding funds !!!!

I don't usually write reviews that often but this one has to be done, I could not be happier with my purchase. I am usually reluctant to purchase refurbished products but I've been wanting a gaming PC setup for some time and for the price I thought this is a good starting point just to get used to using a PC again first, but this is just fantastic, I am actually using it as a gaming PC for a fraction of the price, my games look brilliant and work perfect, no delay, very responsive, i have bought a gaming style keyboard and mouse with a usb led keyboard pad which looks awesome and I can have my game on 1 screen and do whatever else I want to on the other at the same time. PERFECT. Fast delivery, very well packaged for protection, easy to set up and the monitors are excellent, look just like new, the picture quality is outstanding, the stand was easy to set up too and I'm absolutely loving this setup I highly recommend. Well bonus it was quick and easy to set up and turned on at first try. Only issue is doesn't seem to connect to our super fast WiFi 😕 but plugged it in and works. All I need now is speakers and we good to go. Happy so far :)

I have to admit, I was a little bit worried when I opened the bos with the stand in it, but putting it together was simpler than it looked, and like one of the other reviews said, there was one size Allan key missing. But I find the unit is very sturdy.The screens are in really good condition. There was a small faint scratch on one but I can't complain for the price.The unit works quickly and smoothly. I received a WiFi key with mine which I wasn't expecting so that was good.I have now connected the monitors using 2 display port to display port cables, which extends the display rather than just mirrorring it, and this works better than the cables that came with it at the time and is very simple to install.I've had this for a few months now and have had no problems at all.it comes with a 1 year warranty.Very happy with this purchase.

I’m going to give it 5 stars. It’s a great product and everything came in good condition delivery was delayed but I don’t mind. Screen and sound all sound good. It’s worth your money! The downside is it has no internet drivers on you have to Ethernet it but it won’t take a while to install internet drivers. Recommend!

Had a slight problem installing a program but the tech guys were brilliant and helped me fix it. It wasn't anything to do with the PC but I installed 32 bit instead of 64 bit program. The man who helped couldn't of been more helpful. I am really pleased with the PC, it came with everything it needs to get up and running. The only downside is it can't be upgraded. Other than that it is a great PC. I can play Sims 4 with no issues and it loads really quickly too. Probably the best PC I have bought in last 20 years.
