really useful supplement, Vit K2 helps in absorbing calcium from blood to bones and other tissues, important for keeping the calcium out of blood and prevents plaque, my fathers teeth pain gone away once he started taking this supplement

Really helping..value for money..Actually I ve shingles which cause me shooting pain and itching every single day for more than 10 years..I dint get any remedy..but after my research I finally found out I got shingles which comes after chickenpox..it can be treated only by taking vitamin D3 with K2 tablets..fortunately I got dis herbal form which is safe..thank u Vruksha Vitals..

This is quality wise the best you can get at an affordable price and the quantity is also great that may last longer. I will update the review after a long term usage.

It is a good supliment. Only thing is that it is better swallowed than chewed due to the taste.
