Super sweet heat baffle for my UDS. You won’t be disappointed. The first one I bought said it was stainless steel in the description. Wasn’t. No problem returning and getting the stainless steel one. Make sure it says stainless in the listing title.

It has totally changed the use of my drum smoker. Regulates the heat, which was an issue before. Love it

This Fire Dial baffle fit my Weber kettle and my UDS perfectly, and did well to mitigate the heat source when cooking over direct heat. I do wish that there were more holes, as there appear to be areas on the grill that did not get as much smoke on the meat as others. Very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this product to gain full use of my Weber kettle cooking surface this product worked perfectly would advise anyone with a kettle to purchase this item if you like to smoke.

I’ve had family members that use the water bowl and they chase temps up and down, eventually they didn’t clean their smoker long enough that there we mold and rust all throughout.I have this in my 14” for the last 5 years, it was so impressive I got one for the 22” I recently obtained.Cooks a little hot but over all easier to control.

Works perfect to prevent flair up. I highly recommend this for your kettle grill. Makes browning and crisping up chicken skin a breeze without gambling with flare up and burning. Pair this with a ThermoPen One and you will have to try really really hard to make dry tough grilled chicken. Works excellent for bacon wrapped appetizers Now I prefer my burgers to be flame touched, but if you don’t, use this for burgers as well. I do find it easier to clean right after use, use a little Bar Keepers Friend and it will shine up like new. Whether a learning rookie or a seasoned veteran, you will enjoy cooking with this.

This thing is awesome!What I hated the most about my WSM was cleaning up after a cook and trying to dispose of the grease collected in the water bowl responsibly. It was very messy. With the FIRE DIAL, the grease falls on it and most of it vaporizes, leaving residue that is easily scraped off and can be thrown in the trash.I did two cooks back to back, and it took me 10 minutes to clean the smoker.UPDATE: I still very happy with the Fire Dial. I found it necessary to run the WSM at a lower temperature to avoid "overcooking" the piece on the bottom tier of the cooker.
