I had an amazing expience with luvlap breast pump. The product i bought worked well but after some time the power buttom became non functional. So i contacted the customer care of luvlap. The brand was kind enough to exchange my used product for a brand new one as my product was under warrenty period. They sent the new product at my home at zero cost. The new pump works fantastic. I am delighted with luvlap's service . Highly recommended ❤️

The media could not be loaded. Received a fault product in a perfect packing box, it isn't working just keeps blinking after connecting to power source, tried different types of power sources but still it keeps blinking, waited for more than 60 mins but it's not at all showing expression mode or stimulation mode only blinking and no buttons were working nothing is mentioned in user manual as well regarding this. Very disappointed with Amazon & Luvlap expected better product.

I write this after 2 months of using this product. It works good (suction, time consuming), now I have issue like connecting data cable with device port get loose, so it's not working properly, I was tried to contact customer care but could not, how to fix my problem

Good suction power. Easy to use and maintain. Doesn't lose suction power if usage instructions are followed correctly. Do not boil the soft rubbery components of the product. Wash them with soap and clean water or rinse them in hot water. Do not boil. Use with both sides on breast for effective pumping. Doesn't work with one side only.

The moment i bought it i tried the pump unable to express any milk as the suction was too badThe product came without bottle nipple tooAlso when tried to return they are not accepting as they say it is not returnable as there is no damageGuys think before buying thisNot working for me
