Well my gf and I wanted to make edibles and the recipe we found called for this so I ordered it and it worked great. Cooked up nicely if it had a taste we didn’t taste it. We’ve since made another batch and it worked just as good as the first time.

Worked well for what I needed. It comes with a spoon but it was useless bc it was so compacted with the powder. But the Lecithin powder overall is a good product

Purchased this to make homemade gummies. It kept them shelf stable, and prevented the oil from separating in the mold, or jars. It was a bit pricey for the size we got, but I’m extremely happy that it was flavorless and easy to work with.
