I work on my knees a lot. Right now am working on a concrete floor. I ended up hurting my knee with no knee pads on. I ordered these and love them. They have nice thick cushioning. Easy to get on over jeans. very comfortable. Right now I am using one for my hurt knee. It helps that too. The quality is excellent. I'm pleased to have knee pads that don't slip down.

Gives full protect in front and either side of knee without a bulky one-pad approach. Smaller individual cushions leave you feeling like you're cradled in bubble wrap yet you have full motion

Good cushioning for shooting ur knees down on hard surface for takedowns, but might feel a bit Tight If your legs are wide. Good flexibility but feels a bit weird at first but got used to it quick.

Works great. Decided to do new flooring and they helped tremendously. Don't recommend doing flooring if your over 50 and have never done it before

Very comfortable and great padding. Easy to wear. Great for taking pressure off of knees. Use all the time for workouts.

These were great at first but after a couple months of use, the padding in the center of both pads flattened and provided no further cushioning.

Great support for knees when you have to sit on it while dancing. Provides good cushion and support. It is anti slip so has a good grip

They were great at first for my job, still very comfortable to wear but the center pads are worn out after two weeks of everyday use.
