Bought these for my husband who had a stroke. They are brilliant for grip strength and just getting the hand moving again. They come in different strengths. Would recommend

Product absolutely fine for purpose but advertised resistance does not match colours. Red is clearly the most dense and highest resistance in the set I received. No marking on the product to state which is which.
