Q: Why does the top of the pod keep coming un-glued? I am getting coffee grounds in my cup. Almost every one I use does this.

Too much pressure inside the cup can cause this. I keep a tiny sewing pin on a magnet attached to my coffee maker. I pierce each pod once in the top before putting in machine. Stopped any spewing of grounds.

Q: To the gentleman who got satisfaction in january. I have purchased coffee since then and all the seals are still not holding. What do you recommend?

Q: The product description says "50 calories per pouch." Seriously? Is there sugar in it? I thought it was just coffee.

The box does not say sugar anywhere... 100% Arabica coffee natural and artificial flavoring.....they do have a web sight if that would help www.victorallen.com

Q: Is this Christmas tree shops coffee?

Yes, I've seen it at Christmas Tree Shops for a really good price. I've also seen it at Rural King. Not sure if you have that store near you or not. I'm in the Dayton Ohio area.
