After putting this in place it didn’t work. Tried all my plugs and sockets and making sure I had lined up the arrows when plugging into the little box but nothing worked.Contacted the sellers who were brilliant sent a new one out within a few days and didn’t have to go to the trouble of returning the old one, which would have been difficult anyway having stuck it down. Excellent customer serve, would buy again

I ended up buying three sets of these (not all in the same room!) I also downloaded the app and can control them from my phone, great product.

Great functionality and look good when installed. You do however need the app to sort out certain functions as the remote can't do it until it's been setup. It's a bit of a faff but once it's done the lights are very simple to use.

I purchased this item based on the reviews and everyone banging on about how good they are. I knew was too good to be true with the price. I don't usually write reviews but had to today as I'm livid. The strips worked fine out of the box. A day later I embedded them into my media wall and all off a sudden half of the 2nd strip doesn't show the colour blue anymore!So my media wall now has 1 quarter showing random colours. Worst thing is I can't even take them off now as it's embedded into the plasterboards and the plaster has been applied. I tested them and they came on before applying the plaster.. even after the plaster was applied to the front of wall.. and then 1 hour later. The issue just occurred, like as if these lights were made for showroom display and not durability.. I mean 1 hour!?!?!?Horrible purchase!Another silly thing with these is that there's 2x 7.5m lengths which connect to one Input device. So u can't just extend where the first one ends rather got to go back to where the first one began. Makes it so silly to use and doesn't actually cover everywhere (15m) so advertised falsely!I'm just really annoyed and should have gone with basic lights instead. This strip doesn't have 16million colour combos like it says.. doesn't even have warm white light! Or clinical white.Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else

I bought these lights because my others broke just needed for ambient lighting around my ceiling as you can see in the pictures, got them and plugged them in and then fitted the wood round to create the effect they are Great lights work as should Great with the music flashing function many odours and mobile app is great you can do everything on the phone you can with the remote that comes with it, only issue I really have is being they are IR my sky remote sets different functions when using them so if I press the mute button on my tv remote it turns the music function on my lights and they start flashing other than that they do exactly what it says on the box and they are bright enough as well. Recommended

Easy to put up, the remote is a bit temperamental but works well enough for my boys in their bedroom

The Mexllex Led Strip Light 15M has its ups and downs. On the positive side, the length of 15 meters provides ample coverage and allows for creative lighting setups. The inclusion of both a Bluetooth app and a 44-keys remote is convenient for controlling the lights remotely.However, the lights can be somewhat unstable at times. I noticed that I need to check all the connections regularly to ensure they work perfectly. Sometimes, certain sections of the strip may flicker or not respond as expected, which can be frustrating.I also found that the lights are dimmer than the previous set I had installed.Considering the cost of the product, it's reasonable to give it 3 out of 5 stars. While the length and control options are great, the occasional instability of the lights detracts from the overall experience. If you're willing to put in a little extra effort to maintain the connections, these LED strip lights can still be a worthwhile purchase for their versatility and affordability.
