Q: Why does it flash? Woke me up. End of charge?

Mine doesn’t. The only thing that flashes is my iPod itself when being charged.

Q: Whats the wireless charging speed?

Hi Robert J. Williams, Thank you for your question and interest in the ChargeTree Swing. The ChargeTree Swing will charge a phone up to 15W, Airpods up to 5W and the Apple Watch up to 3W. One note is that not all phones will actually accept 15W, so that amount will vary from one phone to another. Thanks, STM

Q: Is it compatible with iPhone 13 Mini? How about thick cases?

Hi Nate, Thank you for your interest in our ChargeTree Go. Yes, the ChargeTree Go is compatible with the iPhone 13 mini and all other wireless charging iPhones currently on the market. As for the case thickness we recommend a standard 2mm thick case for charging efficiency purposes. However the ChargeTree Go will charge a phone up to roughly 5mm from the phone platform.
