Installing the Application is a Headach
The media could not be loaded. Overall performance is good , the only thing gives me headach is everytime I install any applications screen shows that you have MacOs 10.12.16 the application requires macOS 11.0 or later.I can't downgrade macOS

Not excellent condition, sent wrong charger, letter on the keyboard is not working
I just opened the box, excited to use the laptop. To my surprise, they sent the wrong charger, and the number 3 key on the keyboard doesn’t work. Additionally, the laptop has scratches and a slight dent. This level of poor quality and negligence makes it seem as if the device was carelessly thrown into a box with a charger that was tacked on without proper inspection.
