A well made product
I bought this to saw some openings wider for some baseboards I am replacing. The saw attachment worked well in the oak baseboard. This was my first time using a multitool. It took some cuts getting used to the operation. I would suggest taking a few test cuts to get used to the product first. The quality of the tool itself is great and appears well made. There are other brands which have different methods of attaching the attachments. This one is fine but the saw flew off the first time I started up the tool. Make sure the screw is fully tight. like I said other brands have different methods of securing the blade. One problem I do have not with the tool but with trying to register the product. It seems that the web site is down and registering the product on-line is not possible. I will try again in a few days. Outside of that I'm satisfied with the price &quality of this tool.

Excellent!
Borrowed this from a neighbor, spent about 10 minutes using it to sand an old barrel-wood chair and said “I gotta get me one of these!!” Literally ordered it right then. Several tricky refinishing projects later I’m still happy as can be. It’s not the only sanding tool you need, but it sure has been a great asset in my home projects kit. Sawed off some nails too. This thing is fun can’t believe it took me so long to realize I needed it.

Awesome and handy tool, a must have!!
I purchased this project to help me fix a project that I botched. I installed a glass tile backsplash in my kitchen but did not realize I should have cleaned the mortar out from between the tiles before it dried. After trying multiple things I was using a dremel with a small round bit and it was taking forever. Someone suggested this tool and after some research this is the one I chose. It is lightweight, yet feels solid, easy to use. You set the speed you desire and then use the on/off switch and then you can utilize both hands to help guide the tool. It went through light a hot knife in butter. Amazing little tool. Rockwell is a trusted name that I remember my father using when I was a child. You won't be disappointed with your purchase.

Good Value
I bought this to work on some hard to reach areas in my RV floor. I found some rotted flooring and started in to replace it. The saw works very well for what it was designed for. It is a heavy tool but seems to be well made. Blade change is a bit of a chore though, you have to flip the top lever and then unscrew it to release or install a blade. Other makes are a quick release but this one is not. Not a deal breaker but for the cost, it should have a quick release. I tried to cut some nails off that were in the flooring boards, but the blades that I bought were crap. No fault of the tool though as it does appear to have the power to muscle thru nails. Overall I am pleased with the multi-tool and look forward to putting it to more work.

More powerful than any of my battery powered ones
This thing is powerful. My battery-powered milwaulkee is a joke compared to this thing. I bought this exact same tool 5 years ago and used it to death (it literally got so hot it started melting one day). Im very pleased with the lifespan considering the abuse I put it through. I just replaced the dead one with a brand-new one.

Excellent Quality
I highly recommend this for anyone who has lost labor detail sanding to do. I have been using it to sand a large amount of wood that I couldn’t reach with a belt sander and it is performing better than I could have expected. I have used Dremel brand oscillating tools before and have to say this brand and model is far superior. I am very pleased with this!

Reliable and a clean job well done!
Oscillating tools, they all do the same! But if you want one to keep around the house for small projects and to do some big projects every now and than, than The Rockwell RK5142K 4.0 Amps is the way to go!The only part that I wasn’t sure about is the plastic handle to secure the blade, it feels flimsy, but with that being said, let me tell you that I used it a few times already , I got a clean cut every time and it’s holding pretty good., over all it feels very good and reliable.Great value, quality tool, I’m happy with my purchase.

I love this tool. It gets in tight places where no other saw can work.
