Try Using This To Fix Yourself First!
This key fob shell saved me hundreds of dollars! I contacted a key locksmith and also the dealership. The dealership wanted about $500. The locksmith wanted about $400 either way, I ordered this key fob shell and fixed the key for under $30. I had all of the inside pieces.The compression spring was bent and another piece broke on the back of the plate. Thank you so much. More people should look into this because the dealership and the locksmiths tell you that it cannot be repaired. The only option you have is to replace the key. That's not true.

All buttons perform function as designed
Works as a remote should, all buttons perform the function that they were intended to. A bit smaller and lighter than the original one, which is very nice.

Great fit don't throw away your key as the one that comes with it is a blank
It was real easy to change the face so It could be read and know what button your hitting. Mine was so worn you couldn't see what button you hit until the car reacted.

I'm giving it 5 stars but I used my original Chevy logo back plate since I think it looks better than plain black. But it works z all internals transferred over nicely.
