Q: Can anyone tell me if they can get away with using a flexible shower head attachment to clean the cloth diapers over the toilet attachment?

I would not recommend a flexible shower head attachment. We tried to use a sprayer from a kitchen sink and it simply wasn't enough pressure. I would stand over the toilet for ages, wasting water and time, and still have poop on the diapers. I don't think the pressure from a shower head would be adequate. Honestly, I super debated this purchase but it made a WORLD of difference. No more mess, no more wasting time or resources and my diapers are spotless. Definitely worth the investment. Try out the shower head, you'll know within a few diapers if it will work or not and if it doesn't you can order this and have it installed within two days.

Q: Does this package included with five inch extension for the Aquaus 360 sprayer?

Yes, the bundle also includes 3 interchangeable spray heads and the 5'' inch extension for an extended spray reach of 3'' to 11''

Q: I bought this set and want another sprayer. Is this the copper, abs, or polymer one?

I honestly don't understand the question. I don't know what ABS is but I love both of my sprayers. Very sturdy built and I use them every day. I think mine it polished nickle coated but the hose is stainless steel. I threw the box away. Only that it does what I want it to do. I still think it's over priced though.
