These work exactly as intended they can target any muscle group are easy to use and last for multiple uses. They are sticky, and come in an variety of sizes.

Good Quality Item
I like the different size and shapes of these to fit on different areas of injury/pain. They function well, the batter life is great. and the size makes it easy to travel with us to all our baseball games. They are reusable making this a good value for the money you spend.

Incompatible
These are incompatible with the Theragun power dot, and so useless for me. I wish this had been made clear in the product description.
