Q: I couldn't remove the case. Can you help me please

Q: Is there anywhere I can buy the case and remote separately? I broke the case and lost the remote.

it does, but i should warn you, i bought two and neither worked. i found after sever chats with their support that they are aware of the defect, but the attitude i got when i called out the associate on it was along the lines of sucks for you.
