Great taste
I like the product. I use it to make neembu pani, sprinkle on salads and use to add a Lil flavour in some of my veggies

Its not lemon juice
Its not lemon juice rather looks like citric acid solution as its extremely transparent and not hazy like lemon juice.

It is much more milder than the "real" lime juice.
Instead of giving more quantity, a concentration that is closer to real lemon would certainly make an Indian housewife happy.
