Great AC Unit! You NEED the Accessory Pack For installation!
Note - you NEED the accessory pack for installation unless you want to cut the proprietary plug off of the AC unit and probe out what 120v wire is which. I have seen a lot of negative comments on this saying it didn't come with any parts, and to be fair it is a little confusing that you need to buy a separate accessory pack. The pack I bought is the "ASA ACRG15 Ceiling Assembly Kit" also on Amazon for around $145, and it comes with a thermostat.I am really pretty happy with this AC unit, or at least the installation. It is April in Montana, so I am not really using the AC quite yet. The install thought was pretty easy, I installed this on an older 5th wheel as my old unit started leaking when running, the big thing you need to know on installation is you naturally need a 20a 120v circuit with a junction box near where you mount the AC, but you also need to have a healthy sized 12v+ wire up there and your furnace switching wire if you'd like to control the furnace with the same thermostat. Then, you just need to pick 4 wires (my old setup used 8, so I ended up abandoning a few) as your A, B, COM, and 12v+ to power the thermostat. All in all, I think it took me about 45 minutes to get installed, and that was with a multimeter figuring out what wire went where. Would recommend.

Moves some cold air!
Definitely a good unit! Set it up on the short bus coffee truck! It keeps it really cool all day! It does pull a full 15+ amps when running! Don't skimp on the wiring! Use 12ga awg or 10ga awg with a 20amp breaker! Overkill never hurt anyone!

Did not work properly terrible company to deal with
Bought a defective a/c unit had to pay 260 dollars to ship back after dealing with them over multiple emails I got partial refund back so I had to speak with Amazon and finally got my shipping reimbursed but still over 200 dollars short on my total refund after spending hours on the phone on Several occasions like over 4 times I am still short over 200$ do not buy from this company and I am still very disapointed with Amazon for allowing this. Terrible experience.

It's the best replacement AC unit
The only problem was getting the AC from the ground up on the roofIt took two people and a rope wrapped around the box 📦 to pull it up on the roof. Place it over the hole and go inside the camper locate 4 bolts tighten and plug in wire replace the cover ,turn on and cold air conditioning in your face

Better than original Coleman Machs!
After having problems with low freon with original Colemans. Upgraded from 13.5K to 15K BTU's two each for toy hauler. I can review now that we've tested them in summer heat. There doing pretty good! I changed from black housing to white to help with getting rid of heat on high side, condenser, for better efficiency. Hope this helps!

This product was very easy to install and plugged right into my Dometic duo therm connections.

Buy something else.
I bought this one and a 13.5k btu unit (same brand), and you also need the interior control unit as this is just the roof top AC unit. They are loud, very loud. I’ve yet to actually feel comfortable, and I’m running one ducted and the other non ducted. Air flow is marginal at best. Wish I had gone with two complete Furion units vs these Advents.
