This was a nice edition to our home kitchen. It makes churros exactly as we imagined. The taste of it may be on our part, but overall it does the job. It heats well, is easy to clean & easier to use. I absolutely recommend this little machine for any and all churro lovers. It also works for a great Xmas gift!

I bought this for my granddaughter as a birthday gift. I took her awhile to use it. When she did it cooked the outside but the inside was still raw. She used a recipe that came with the maker. I only gave it 1 star because I wasn't able to give 0 stars. I would not recommend this product.

It is ok, my wife likes it , but not an even browning of the outside

I bought this to make churros at home. The bag is clumsy and drippy and yucky to use. The directions say 3 - 5 minutes cooking time. What a laugh! It takes a minimum of 20 minutes to have anything but a dough wad. It does not cook evenly and when the top is edible the bottom is still dough. I have to turn them over to bake the bottoms and then they don’t fit right in the channels. Bottom line: you have to REALLY want a churro to use this thing!

Works good for a healthier option

I bought this churro maker in hopes of imitating the wonderful churros that my family and I had indulged in at Disney World. This StarBlue Churro Maker did the trick. The same day that I ordered the maker, I received the recipe e-book from the maker. I see that other reviewers are saying that they did not receive their e-book. I think that the way that it is sent may cause it to be overlooked by some people. It comes after confirmation of order and the title of the email is in a form of a "Thank You". I almost missed it, myself. Maybe the title should say something about the e-book, so that it is not overlooked. The Churro maker is very easy to use and reminds you of a simple waffle maker. You just need to preheat, spray the iron plates with non-stick cooking spray, put your batter in, close the lid and in a few minutes you have yummy, fresh churros! Very easy....simple to do. I am glad that I purchased it and would recommend it to others.

Does not perform as the description states. Never got hot enough to cook churros in 3-5 minutes, it was more like 10-15 minutes. Messy trying to get the batter in the plates. Returning this product.
