Works as advertisedI needed a set up that would be viable for streaming Nintendo Switch Games without use of an expensive Capture Card(If you're curious, the set up is Switch HDMI to a 1 to 2 HDMI Splitter, the RCA cables run to the Capture device and the 2nd hdmi cable to a Monitor for Lagless response.)The Nintendo switch ONLY accepts HDMI so I didn't have a choice in my situationRather Skeptical of these sorts of products because of negative experiences in the past with other companies, I can say confidently that this one ACTUALLY worksAnd with sound too! If you don't own a TV that can accept HDMI cables, then I do consider this a worthy product.

Easy to install and does the job!
I am the last person anyone could call a techie, yet I was able to install this with no problems. I read the other reviews of this product before ordering it, and remembered it had to be plugged in to its own power source (thanks to whoever pointed that out in their review!). Also, it does what it is designed to do, and connecting to my internet was very easy. I definitely recommend this for older TVs like my old Toshiba (which always had, and with this unit still has, a great picture)--I cannot comment one way or the other for newer TVs regarding picture quality. I highly recommend it!

Great product.
Works well. Worked the first time I set it up. Overall worth the money and a solid 4 star rating, the reason it loses the fifth star. Is due to the usb portion (needed to be plugged in for device like PS4, or in my case Xbox one) fitting a little bit loosely in my X-Ones usb port. Other than that, this product is a good by and a solid choice to go with if you are in need of a HDMI to RCA converter for your game system, blu-ray act, in the event you (for whatever reason) need to use an old analog TV. Again, I definitely recommend this product, and would like to give the company a huge thank you for this product, otherwise I would ha e been SOL. Will be purchasing from them again. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍👍

Works well in complex arrangement where cheaper converter failed
This worked in a complex system in which one of the cheaper square box type HDMI to RCA converters didn't. To get to the converter in my system, an HDMI signal has to pass through a splitter, a switch to select from other inputs, and then another splitter. One of the cheaper square box type converters would work when connected directly to the equipment outputting the HDMI signal but wouldn't work when connected through the splitter, switch, and second splitter arrangement. This unit worked when it was plugged in to a USB power supply. It will produce a color bar if there is no video signal input. If a video source goes completely black (as in the very short interval between a commercial and a program) a color bar will appear instead of the black but goes away as soon as the program video returns.

Did not do the job as advertized
I bought this digital to analog signal converter product to connect a HDMI-based video/audio TV source with my old A/V receiver (RCA cables without HDMI). It did not work at all. I kept it thinking it could be used for some other application later (so the return window elapsed.) A year later, I bought a Firestick 4K and tried to connect it to my old analog A/V receiver. It did not work either. What worked superbly right out of the box for what I tried to accomplish was this Avedio extractor/splitter product that I bought:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XJITK7E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=14K HDMI Audio Extractor Spiltter, avedio links 1080P HDMI to HDMI Audio Converter + Optical Toslink SPDIF + RCA L/R Stereo Analog Audio, HDMI Audio Adapter for Chromecast, Fire Stick,Blu-Ray Player

Works but has issues with picture
The product worked as described and converted audio/video HDMI to Analog, however, there were some takeaways that left me giving a 3 star review.Audio quality sounded fine. No issues. The picture quality that came in was reduced over normal HDMI. Think cable internet versus DSL/dialup. Picture was a bit chunky and resolution had to be increased to make out text easier (800 resolution versus 1300 with native HDMI). Nothing I saw in descriptions specified a loss was expected. I later found it mentioned in other reviews, but they specified older TVs and this was a newer TV with HDMI and Analog connections. Was having some issues with HDMI which led me to this product to test out the Analog side. The biggest issue I saw with the picture was the size and position of the picture. Picture could never match the screen size perfectly. Either it was too small and had black borders (by an inch or more), or was too large and cut off the edges (maybe by half an inch). I tried changing the settings on the TV but nothing fit up satisfactory. No issues with native HDMI. Added to the fact that there was nothing on the device to help manually correct it left me with posting this review.Works, but maybe there are other options out there.

Easily connect the computer to the t.v.
This all-in-one cable with converter easily connects the computer to an analog t.v. The picture quality is not as sharp as on the computer screen but is just as sharp as the picture from broadcast stations on the analog t.v. The biggest drawback is that the picture on the t.v. screen is about the same size as on my laptop and is surrounded by a black margin. I discovered that if I record using my old dvd recorder and then use the zoom function to 1.5, the picture then fills the entire t.v. screen with no loss of picture sharpness, so it's useful when I want to record something. The converter does get quite hot, so I disconnect it after an hour or at most two and let it cool down. Other than these things I find this an excellent and useful tool.
