I am very happy with my purchase. I like to buy refurbished items, as you can get excellent value for the price. I decided to buy the Lenovo ThinCentre m710q as it had a decent spec for a great price. I was delighted to receive the upgraded M910q version. This was one of the best refurbished items I have purchased. The condition was like new visually, hardly a trace of dust internally. The unit came with an original Lenovo power adapter and WiFi USB. These tiny PC's are brilliant, really well built and easily upgradeable. They are perfect for home use, they will run most types of software ie Office products, perfect for searching on the internet, for streaming and even for gaming (light games that is). These machines are often overlooked, they were built for office use and were not cheap, with a small footprint, they will fit anywhere. First class item from this supplier.

It's very neat and works. Though the case has a bit of a dent and scratch, but I can live with it.Remember that to use wifi, you will need to buy a dongle.Easy to upgrade the memory, with a spare slot, but there is only one M.2 slot,so replace that storage with a bigger chip, or add in an ssd instead.

The media could not be loaded. Maybe I was just unlucky with the specific product, as I see some people being happy with their pc.But for me… after a few minutes the pc froze and the image would glitch out. The issue continued, the pc would crash doing the same issue with the screen and freeze. In the space of 10 mins, the pc crashed 3 times. Third time I gave up and asked for a refund. So think what may want, you might get lucky with a good pc or you might be unlucky like me.BUT if the seller claims that the products are refurbished and they work… well … they should work. Shouldn’t claim they work just fine and then people like me and others have to ask for refunds afterwords.

My M710Q Tiny arrived quickly, well packaged and nearly as good as new (a couple of minor scuffs that you'd need to purposely look for anyway, totally unimportant).I bought this to use as a small VM server for work (mainly to use Nextcloud, Docker, Git) and it's a great little machine.I popped another 8GB of RAM into it and it's more than powerful enough to do what I need.Paired with a small gigabit travel router it's a fantastic little setup and quickly and easily packed away and stuffed in a bag if I'm working on-site.The description said that there would be a display port to HDMI adapter included with the machine but there wasn't.A quick message to the seller and they apologised and instantly rectified the situation by sending one out that arrived the next day.

Brilliant little machine, came in good condition and clean too. Arrived quickly by a reputable courier. Even included a little display port to HDMI converter which is a nice touch.A word of warning though, Windows 11 installed for me but then on first boot suffered display issues (black screen). This machine isn’t on Lenovo’s hardware compatibility list for Windows 11 currently and they do not provide drivers for Windows 11.I have reverted back to Windows 10 and the machine runs just fine. It is advertised as Windows 10 in all fairness to the seller.

Does what it should with no issues - no HDMI - 4 core, 1 stick of 8G ram.Works well as a Media server. Comes with Win10 in Legacy mode. Despatched very promptly by seller but Parcelforce failed dismally. Not sellers fault but would suggest they consider a more professional courier. Product well packed but zero paperwork with it. Also no display port to HDMI adaptor supplied as stated in the ad... but had one anyway. Product condition is almost new. Single screw missing from rear that holds entire case together, came apart in my hands! Not an issue as we are an electronics company and had plenty of PC screws available. Fired up spot on. Silent, fast, clean, tiny and cheap. Will very likely get more to replace our ageing office PC's.

Broke after 6 month seller didn’t want to know.
