Unable to operate
My husband bought this automatic slider door opener, had difficulty getting to operate it, and threw it away. There is not enough information to trouble shoot the problem.

Works well!
I would recommend to all. It works great but the installation is time consuming and if you’re not handy stop and reach out for a handy person. Instructions are very very poorly translated…further the company is sort of responsive and located outside USA. I’d suggest the company pay attention to translated instructions and website previewed by English language readers. Accessories for the unit should be available understandable on their website. Make more money from me please I want an extra remote just as one example.
