Shifts perfect
I got this for my manual 5 speed bmw and the quality is nice and it fit great . It felt great driving my car at ease .

Fits a 1996 bmw z3
The media could not be loaded. This fits my 1996 BMW Z3. Not to hard to put on it’s just a little difficult to take off the stock one because my clips are pretty solid and had no play. But other then that putting on the new one was easy just had to sand down the rod that connects in the hole of the shifter because it was a little too small. If you are going to do this save the clips u take off because you will be using them again for the new one

Super floopy, even in gear it feels loose and wants to thread itself out.

look, its solid mounted
do not get this for ur street car or daily unless you already have poly bushings and you can stand the NVHit works kinda. the vibrations from the car shake the locking collar loose and it un does the screw under the car that stablizes the part that goes to the shift rod into the bottom of the shifter.

East install, feels great
Shifter feels great, very little play and super notchy so it’s easy to know when you put it in gear

Better quality than I thought however is is VERY HEAVY.
Lower bushing was a bit tight too. Feels solid in the car though!
