The weights were heavily corroded, we were shorted 3 brass look sleeves, one of the 6 metal covers was dented, the rope diameter is pathetic when compared with two extras we bought from a competitor. Why don’t they let you select extra ropes in the order process? We never would have known we were getting sub standard ropes!They must have sent us used stands judging by the lack of quality control. Don’t use these folks!

I ordered 2 sets I would’ve given 5 stars but I was missing 2 ropes from each box. Otherwise the quantity was very good however I only used them for photo props

To be honest, when I seen this product. I was very skeptical to buy it because of some of the negative reviews. I did research and I purchased them anyway. The package did show up damaged. The damaged was caused by UPS had nothing to do with the company. I called the company And the service I received was top-notch. Everything I read about this company from my experience was far from the truth. I would order from this company any time and I would recommend anybody else to do the same. The product is absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier with the stands and the ropes. Thank you for putting out a great product.

The stanchions with velvet ropes went well with the decor. The base weighs about 2 lbs. each. Very sturdy and high quality. The guests were impressed that made them feel like star status. I'm glad I purchased 2 sets of 6.

Adds class and formality to our Veteran’s day display and Missing man table for Memorial Day. Easy to assemble and store. Arrived very quick, expected it in about 2-3 weeks not 4 days!!

Works as designed but one of the ropes was defective. We fixed it the best we could and used it anyway. I’m sure the manufacturer would have sent a new one, but it was fine.
