Really potent, easy-to-swallow and the powder inside seems very refined and easy on my stomach. Very helpful for body pain relief as well as quieting my anxious thoughts.

I use Kava Kava at times to calm my nerves.I noticed that this Kava has no pepper taste to it, like Kava is supposed to have.Even using 5 capsules had no effect on my nerves.So it did not work at all.I tried to refund it, but got no luck in that.What a waste of money, very dissapointing.

My sister uses this product to help with pain and sleep. Swears by it.

It’s ok but I still have most of it months later

I've used kava kava to help me sleep for the past few years. The brand I like was out of stock and so I bought this one. It doesnt work at all. I can take 6plus caps and still not feel relaxed or go to sleep. It's the same dose as the other brand, but definitely not the same quality. Will not be buying again.

Even though the front label says kava extract, the back label clearly states that it's Kava Root. This is not even remotely the same thing. I purchased this about a year ago and didn't notice any difference.
