Ex took the vacuum and left me a destroyed house. Ordered this because it was cheap and could be disposable. I had a mess left for me when I moved back in after she left, like bad nasty. Figured it would kill a vacuum so got a cheap one. Surprise this thing is still working like new. Doesn’t have the fancy looking stuff, everything just kind of clips together and is what it is. But what it is works. Ultra light, I can almost use it like a dust buster. Great suction came with an extra rinse-able filter, keep one clean and ready to go and it’ll run like a champ. Quickly cleans carpet and rugs. Hose unhooks and has the standard attachments for crooks and crevices. Overall it is a nice vacuum, doesn’t have the fancy look, it’s all basic, but what else you want from vacuum. Dirt cup is easy to dump and clean out, everything disassembles to clean with makes everything easy to clean. So far other than dumping it, clearing out the dirt chambers, and swapping the filters as needed this thing has been a little beast of a vacuum for me. Way better than I thought for the price.

ok so I bought a smaller one that came today and once opened I could tell without using it that it was not for me so I ordered this one and don't ask me how but Amazon delivered it also today! I just opened an hour ago and used it already an all I can say is WOW. Ok look, I'm OLD and have bought God only knows how many and I've NEVER bought a lower priced one like this but the reviews had me. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a way to move it up and down to go from carpet to floor but it worked better than my EXPENSIVE 200.00 one's - and I am NOT exaggerating! I will NEVER go back to those and I pray this will last until I die, LOL (no joke) :) God bless and I hope this helps you out - trust me on this!

I bought a vacuum from here May of last year that I was overly excited about. I don’t much care about the names or aesthetics of vacuums as I do about the suction it provides. That is honestly all I care about. Everything is expensive now so if I can buy a good vacuum for less then of course that’s where my aim is. As far as the vacuum I bought here before it started giving me kickback on anything I vacuumed up. I reached out to the supplier and I received an email back from them in less than two days with instructions of a location to take it to for repairs right in my area,they use the zip code to decide. I’ve not dealt with that just yet because we’ve had some really frigid days here in Chicago,but I definitely will sooner than later. In the meantime I have OCD as well as pets so I hopped on here,did some research and review reading and purchased this one. There weren’t a lot of options for same day delivery (which is what I needed & wanted), but there were a few in the price range where I was comfortable. So with this vacuum the suction is good,but not as good as the last one. Yet I’m happy with the performance of it. The canister is much larger so it holds more. It’s not necessarily easy to maneuver,but the vacuum is not a heavy one. It’s not an ugly bulky vacuum and it sits perfectly in a small space in the corner. It is loud and louder than my last one,but honestly it’s a dull loud if you can make sense of that. I love that the hose where the attachments go has a nice stretch to it,my last one didn’t. This one came with an extra filter which is a plus. The filters are washable. Piecing it together was like a 3 step process,very easy. The two steppers are at the bottom to change the position of the vacuum and to cut it on and off,you don’t have to bend for either. The cord could be longer,but it’s not terribly short. Overall I’m satisfied. The first one that just clunked out spoiled me with its suction,hope it’s fixable. I’m not sure if I can say the name of that one so that’s why I haven’t,but it’s a popular brand that makes them in different price ranges. It’s in my history of reviews on here. Besides the fact that this vacuum gives me slight hesitation when maneuvering it is really my only complaint. So one should be mindful of that. It’s not a bad hesitation yet it was noticeable to me (I’m 45). I don’t have bulky carpet or rugs in here (the home),but it did vacuum the ones I have up nicely. I’m in a two bedroom ,one bath (rugs in here),living room,long hallway,kitchen (rugs also) and today is day 3 and I haven’t dumped it so that my review would be fair. I’ll dump it today and I’ve used it everyday since it was delivered and the canister still isn’t full yet. I have two dogs and two cats. Nothing about this purchase made me say that I would send it back so again I’m satisfied with my biggest win when it comes to a vacuum which is the suction. Also,the attachments are a nice addition and I was able to use them for smallsmall corners without actually having to lift the vacuum itself up and move to get to those corners. That is due to the stretch of the hose where the attachments go. Therefore I like the build of the vacuum.The delivery person actually followed instructions which is a plus and has it days. If I could I would’ve given it a 4.5 star instead of just the 4. 😊👌🏾 hope this very long lol review helps.

This vacuum is quite powerful and is light. You can get it for $52 renewed. As I age, lugging heavy equipment around isn't realistic. I bought it with some trepidation - but hey, the Amazon return policy, right? I liked it so much I bought one as a gift for my sister. At this point, I've had it a year. It's so light that I can put it on a chair and clean ceiling corners - the hollow handle serves as an extension wand. No tools are needed to disassemble and maintain it, even with my arthritic hands. The manual's printed on the canister - impossible to lose. Cleaning up muddy things doesn't harm it, nor does washing it out. Eureka didn't focus on asthetics and accessories like the $250 models. From an engineers perspective, the design's elegant. Why? It has good RAS, simple BOM, user maintainability, and a low price. Cheap, fast, good - in this little baby, you actually CAN have all three!

Idk what other reviewers expect for the price.... this thing works great in my 725 sq ft apartment. I don't expect it to do super heavy lifting though, just keep the carpets clean and in good shape! It picks up well, including sucking up dust and a powder pesticide (diatomaceous earth) that I had to use on my carpets when I had a sudden bug issue. I hate heavy vacuums, and this is light enough to move around without hurting my back. I'll definitely update this review if this thing dies on me in the future, but for now... it's a solid purchase.

Love this.It is so lightweight. Easy to assemble did it my self.And I am Mechanically challenged. Have had some recent health issues and needed a vacuum that was lightweight. And no one can complain about the cost. The cord is short and you have to plug it in each room. But that's not a biggie for me. The eureka vacuum is a must have.
