Realistic fire .
Very pleased with the fire. Looks very effective with the realistic flames . Would have looked better if the switches were on the side of the fire instead of the front.

Realistic looking
Was looking for a low level coal effect electric fire and this fits the bill perfectly. Flicker effect makes the fire look real and it does give off a fair heat on just one setting. The only drawback is the noise of the fan - but irritating but not overly intrusive.

Been looking for a realistic fire inset for our lounge. This is ideal as i only use the flame effect to bring a glow to the fireplace

Great look/great heat/no sound
Gave this as a gift to my daughter-in-law- she loves the appearance and the heat option. The only thing missing is the “crackling” sound she had on the electric fireplace insert she had in the States.
