Nice replacement top, but we could not get the last corner to stretch enough to get on the frame. Right now it's held on that corner with the velcro on the dark brown section. Maybe after it's been up there a while it will stretch and relax enough to get it on the frame entirely.

Our last canopy cover got destroyed by a hurricane so this was exactly what we were needing.

I have had this up for a month and it has already ripped in two spots from the wind, something the other one did not do.

The top fits perfectly. It's easy to put on. I have put these on multiple time and found this one to be so easy that there was no stress.

We actually didn’t know the manufacturer of our used gazebo. We measured and compared item and although the outside frame for the legs had the correct dimensions the top frame was a bit smaller. We simply added 1” pvc to extend the frame to fit the canopy! This worked great! If you have a 10x12 gazebo frame with a similar ceiling frame, I’m betting you can make this work with some extenders of some sort.

It’s very lose and allows water to pool up on the sides. Have to empty it many time while raining.
