No this is not a listing mistake, it is made by ASUS. AMD is the company that design and make GPU core chips. They do not manufacturer a finalized product. All gpus are made by 3rd party brand, even if it's AMD reference card.

Q: What maximum fps could I get on this card?

That would depend a lot on the rest of the hardware in your system and the game. Just picked up this card a month ago, I have a AMD Ryzen 9, 64 GB (16G x4), x2 1 TB NVME SSD, and most of my in game tests reported around 70-80 average fps.

Q: Is this card half size?

I would say that compared to 6800xt forge edition, sale, is 2/3 of the size.
