One of our filter machines recently died after 18months of at least once a day use. As it had been discontinued I chose this. It's very slightly smaller capacity wise than the old one but it's physical size is much more compact and it sits nicely on the worktop. Coffee has a nice fresh taste, lovely aroma and is nice and hot. It's easy to fill, easy to clean and it's a simple one button operation. The permanent filter lets a little very fine material through but it's better than it's predecessor. All in all a very good coffee machine. If our other machine goes I won't hesitate to buy another of these.

I absolutely love this coffee machine! It's made my mornings so much smoother when preparing coffee for my family. I set it up to brew automatically, and it works like a charm! Just a little tip: make sure to click the ‘on’ button; even if the lights are on for the program to work , it won’t work unless that button is pushed for ‘ on’I do wish it had a removable water tank, but it's no big deal—I just use a jug to fill it up. Just a friendly reminder: don’t overfill it, or it might leak! I learned that the hard way the first time because it gets pretty hot. There’s a safety hole, similar to what you have in your sink, to prevent spills if you fill it too much!I’m also excited about the savings since we used to get coffee from a company that uses those expensive pods. This machine is not only economical but also great for the environment! It pairs perfectly with my milk frother to whip up delicious lattes.Overall, it’s a fantastic piece of equipment!

Nice little coffee machine. Writing this after months of use. Would get 5 stars but there's a few minor things I don't like. Main thing is the stay warm function only keeps coffee warm/hot for 20mins. So when brewing a full cafetiere of coffee, you either have to drink a full 12 cups worth in 20 minutes, or warm it back up another way, and let's face it, who drinks 12 cups in 20 minutes 😂 also it can be a bit tedious to fill without spilling water due to the way the lid opens and placement of the reservoir. Other than that it's a lovely little coffee machine.

I bought this for my partner and he loves it, he can set the timer to make coffee in the morning for when he gets up. Easy to use , all good

If you’ve ever had a home one before it’s everything you need and operated as it should, feels well built and sturdy, does the job as it should, typical of my experience the coffee immediately after brew is not hot enough (hot plate gets it hotter after a time) so better to wait to use, bit disappointed the stay warm function is so short, runs out before I’m ready for my second cup, can easily restart it but just feels about 5-10m shorter that you want, not an issue if your only making enough cups for one round, though it suggests and is relevant to make only a half pot (6cups) minimum at a time, not efficient at processing the coffee with only a quarter full filter, true of this style otherwise buy a cafetière instead, I use the brew and strong brew options and heat pad, and heat my milk before adding the coffee which works well with adding “cooler” coffee, not used the self clean option, pretty sure it’s no different than just doing a clean cycle using the brew button, might not percolate and just continuously feed hot water but it’s there, timer is easy to set for those that want that, This ones at work so just not needed, have noticed that the non drip isn’t perfect and the burning of dripped coffee onto the bottom of the glass jar is clearly staining, also notice the jar itself holding a slight brown tinge which I don’t notice my home one doing, but it’s a coffee pot only so really does it matter, I’d buy another

I purchased this coffee machine a couple of years ago to be a stop gap for a very expensive one that I orderedAnd honestly it’s fantastic I love the simplicity of it it serves a good coffee keeps it warm is self cleaning and the price is excellentI have all sorts of coffee machines of various types and really recommend this one and when if ever it decides to stop working I will simply buy another I cannot rate high enough

Very disappointed as only had the product two months, and it has now stoped working , please may we have a refund a we now need too buy a new one.

I loved this product when I first got it 3 months ago. A full caraffe of coffee every morning, it did exactly what it says on the tin. The programmable feature works like a charm, as the cleaning function makes maintenance a breeze (it would seem...).I tried cleaning it after the first week and followed the instructions. It pumped through all the water/vinegar mix, and seemed to be cleaning fine.However... fast forward 3 months and less water has been coming out. Now you might say "it's just full of calcium, just pour vinegar into it and press the cleaning". Well, I have done, several times now, but for some reason the cleaning function now switches itself off after about 60 seconds.Either this product stops working by design (I have heard of printers which are built to stop working after a set number of jobs), or it's clogged up with hardwater to the extent that the cleaning function is shutting down prematurely.I'm now forced to do extensive research into the product, in a futile attempt to return it to factory conditions. Feel that I've been burned again.Edit: I contacted the seller and they are sending me a free replacement!
