The product is very good and I love it for its long battery life and quality output. The only challenge it has is when connected to the device and that device goes idle for a few minutes, the headsets will go to sleep mode and you need to first put them to their pod to wake up again

After charging them. I could not get one to work... always check to make sure both are connected to your phone. I use them for my gym work out - which includes the rowing machine, ab machine etc. I have not had any problem with them at all. I am pleased with them.

NO BOTE SU DINERO, AHORRE Y COMPRE UNOS MEJORES!!!.....para la musica es muy saturado, en la llamada es un MALÍSIMO ,NO se entiende lo que uno habla, el sonido en llamada es de tarro, PESIMO, pense que iban a salir buenos por el precio, el material y la calidad del audifono es bueno, se empareja muy bien a Bluetooth pero en llamadas es un PÉSIMO , la gente dice que escucha como un tarro, y los ruidos externos se escuchan mas que la misma voz, los pedi a colombia y ahora QUE quiero devolverlos no me Cubre la garantía . SOLO ES PARA USA,... NO DESPERDICIE SI DINERO!! son de lo peor!

I did a lot of research for ear buds that were similar to Apples, but had the cushiony inner ear buds for a more comfortable and customizable experience. I liked that these came with a few sizes of silicone buds that you can switch (and also wash!). I've tried all the sizes, they sent (four) and I can still hear everything around me and the worst part that super irritates me is that I can hear myself breathe with them on... like its congestion inside my head. There is no way for me to properly explain this but it is so frustrating and don't even think about trying to talk to someone through these things. It's awful. You can hear yourself speaking back to yourself (like an echo??) and any time a car passes or a gust of wind blows, the person on the other end is like "WhAt'S HaPPeNiNg?!". Anyway, I'm past the return window which freaking sucks because now I'm stuck with these ::sobbing::

Battery life doesn’t last long The sound quality is amazing but the battery life does not last long that’s the only thing price was right and the quality is very nice but it’s just the battery gives out in less than five hours

This brand has no owners manual, I was under the impression that I could use 1 plug at a time and I have not been able to find the method

Have tried several Earbuds and this is a keeper!!
