We have had several pieces of the Ricardo Indigo luggage, and like everything about them very much. Wish they had the built-in TSA approved locks, but that’s not a showstopper.

Although pretty, after a few uses, the zipper got off track. Had to cut my clothes out. Thankfully I was back home but I did damage some clothes due to cutting.

Purchased as a gift for our son, he selected this because his wife had used her Ricardo carryon for a few years and loves it. The color of the bag is distinctive in color, pattern and style, not likely confused with the many other black bags on the luggage carousel. They report its sturdy and serves their travel purposes well. The wheels glide nicely and the shell protects their wardrobe.

So much space for storage without anything being too crowded! Lightweight but yet heavy duty! This is the best luggage I've ever owned & all I'll ever need!

Found out the night before we left for our vacation that the zipper was completely broke. So annoyed. No way to contact company either to return or refund. I have another Ricardo Beverly Hills bag from the actual website and I love it. This one arrived in a weird bulk styrofoam cup box so I was sketched out to begin with. Bought it NEW and it had scuffs and wheels were dirty so it wasn’t, but I let it slide because I loved it so much. The zipper is the final straw. I’d love my money back since it’s not cheap.

The zipper broke after the second use. Luckily, I was able to close it with other zipper but it’s worthless now. The company wouldn’t accept the registration when I tried after getting it. I don’t recommend.
