DIDNT WORK? TRY THIS....
NOT GETTING RESULTS????Take 3! When I first bought these I took the recommended dose of 2 twice a day. I didn't notice much at first though I kept taking that dose through half the bottle. I stayed helpful thinking needed a system build up of thr herb. The results were so underwhelming I just forgot I had the bottle. I again started experiencing histamine response that started giving rashes and body aches and swelling from head to toe. I ached in my legs and my arm, and had an overall experience of what felt like arthritis. It came to me that my aches. Persistent rash, on hand and head to toe swelling, and what i assumed was arthritis was a aggressive histamine response. As I'm allergic to everything accept certain fruits, it seemed.Anyway, I remembered the bottle as I felt guided to try again but this time take 3 twice a day. I IMMEDIATELY, within 5 to 10 minutes began feeling relief.... Thank you God for this company. As I love pineapple but at the moment can't buy 1 a day, as even when I do eat them I must need 2 a day to manage my symptoms and though I'm sure juicing would do me better but I don't have one.Anywho these are my saving grace. Today I ate nut butter as unfortunately that's yet another food that triggers histamine at the moment and sense I had already taking 3 pills prior. I barely had a flare up. MY arm feels much more mobile and the swelling in body isn't completely gone but nothing near what I have been suffering.Follow your gut on dosage up to 3 but This has definitely gave me hope as I heal my body. YES!

Day One of taking this
Day One of taking 3 pills after reading several reviews. I have itchy skin, angular chelitis, rashes around my eyes, my neck and I feel like my entire body itches. It’s something I go through every year. It’s miserable. I don’t know what causes it.I normally take Flonase and can’t do any other antihistamines because the next day I feel like I drank 10 shots- they make me so drowsy. It’s about 1 hour. I took a bath with an organic anti itch shower get I bought on Amazon and took the three pills. I feel calmer. Still a little itchy but I feel “something.” I’ll update in a few days to see how it’s going.

Believe this product alleviated allergy symptoms....
I was visiting my mother-in-law 3 months ago for a few weeks and helped her to re-pot several plants. Later that day I came down with allergic rhinitis. My nose was running and congested at the same time. My sinuses were burning, itching and tickling. I was miserable. I ordered the Forest Leaf Quercetin because I had taken quercetin before to alleviate allergy symptoms. The Forest Leaf brand had good reviews and was all natural. I don't take pharmaceuticals unless I absolutely have to. I think it helped to alleviate some of my symptoms. I say, I think because I later found out that the blanket on our bed was wool and I am very allergic to wool. In hindsight, I think my allergic reaction was the result of the wool blanket which stayed on the bed during my entire stay there. I thought it was acrylic. I would have expected the quercetin and Genexa (homeopathic allergy remedy I was taking at the same time) to have a stronger effect. It may not have because I was sleeping or resting with the blanket for several hours a day. I had repotted plants at my mother-in-law's house several times before and never had this kind of reaction. I'll test the quercetin again the next time I need it and update the review in the future.

It works!
I love this natural allergy medicine. I have struggled with sinus pressure headaches, and seasonal allergies which had only gotten worse over the 2020 year. My headaches were getting worse and wrecked my days. I soon found out common side effects of cetirizine (Zyrtec) were horrible headaches. I've also tried psuedophedrine and Claritin in the past and didnt like their side effects either. So onto natural medicine I went and this is the only natural alternative I have tried so far. I started by taking the recommended dose (2 pills 3x a day) and it would wear off before I needed it again, sometimes causing itchy throat/mouth at night. So I started taking 1 pill every 4-6 hours and that worked a lot better. Now I take 1 pill as needed every 4-8 hours and sometimes take 2 pills a couple hours before I am going to be near a lot of pollen or animals. Also, I no longer have headaches! I do wish I could give it 4.5 stars instead of 5 because they are very large pills so make sure you take them with lot of water and a small snack because the casing leaves an aftertaste in your mouth if you take it on an empty stomache. But for me it is totally worth swallowing a big pill toallevite my allergies! You may want to ask a doctor before you take this if you are taking other medicines or have health considerations such as asthma. I found a couple scholarly articles about quercetin that I have skimmed overand included below. Also I make no profit, just a person who has stuggled with allergies and found some relief from something natural. I did notice from the articles I included they mention a possible interaction with amoxicillin antibiotic. And I think Bromelain is usually from pineapple so you may want to make sure if you have allergies to that.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4808895/ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6273625/"Quercetin is known for its antioxidant activity in radical scavenging and anti-allergic properties characterized by stimulation of immune system, antiviral activity, inhibition of histamine release, decrease in pro-inflammatory cytokines, leukotrienes creation, and suppresses interleukin IL-4 production. It can improve the Th1/Th2 balance, and restrain antigen-specific IgE antibody formation. It is also effective in the inhibition of enzymes such as lipoxygenase, eosinophil and peroxidase and the suppression of inflammatory mediators. All mentioned mechanisms of action contribute to the anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties of quercetin that can be effectively utilized in treatment of late-phase, and late-late-phase bronchial asthma responses, allergic rhinitis and restricted peanut-induced anaphylactic reactions"nccih.nih.gov/health/bromelainncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6100552/
