I've tried cleaning the 3ds the game itself as well but nothing, if your looking for omega ruby look somewhere else

It’s a USA cartridge!!!
Ordered this without knowing it’s a USA cartridge and therefore doesn’t work in my son’s 3DS.Created a return and sent it back (to Indianapolis) only to have it returned with no explanation!!Cancelled return to see if it gave me the option to contact Amazon but nothing!! Stuck with an expensive disk I can’t do anything with!
