Trying out a new Dim supplement from a different brand that I am used to. I find this one of a high quality and I like the ingredients. Dim has been a great helper for me and my hormones because I had some imbalance. The dosage is good for me, I take 1 pill a day.

So I stopped taking my hormonal birth control after 13 years. As expected my hormones within 2 months were going INSANE. I was getting acne I never even had in my teens! I’m 25 for reference. My doc said there’s nothing I could do. I didn’t buy that . So I occasionally get breakouts but these were deep, painful, red, awful breakouts. As you can see in my before pic … it was bad … I was so embarrassed. I didn’t change my skincare routine at all. I always drank tons of water and worked out and showered after my lifts and it didn’t matter . My chest, my neck, my back and shoulders were DISGUSTING and painful ! I finally started this and after 1 week I saw major improvement… after 2 weeks my acne was already almost gone … after 3 weeks it’s stayed gone with just a tiny dot here or there . I absolutely worship this product at the moment . I really thought I was doomed. It worked fast and no Bad side effects didn’t taste like anything and it smelled like an herbal supplement ? I don’t know why anyone says it smells that bad … it’s not a tasty smell but I’ve smelled MUCH worse herbal supplements.Do yourself a favor if you have hormonal acne . And get this NOW.I absolutely had no expectations for this to actually work but it turned out to be magic in a bottleUpdated : 1/6/23Skin is even clearer than in the other after photo . Have still not had a single flare up or breakout .

This product decreases the bad estrogen. I love the ingredients and dose. I’ve read some research that is not more than 300mg is good for testosterone too. The best quality Dim supplement for me. The size it worth the price too. Good add to my supplement.

The only complaint I have is that the pills are a bit large. I love this product and it’s drastic results

I like that there is just one capsule to take each day. The product seems to pack a punch too - in a good way! Within a week I noticed my skin was settling down (I’m prone to breakouts) but is it my imagination? I am not sure! Yes if you sniff the pills they smell bad. However I recommend not smelling them, just throw one back with your breakfast. I usually just have coffee and a piece of fruit and that’s enough to keep the pill from causing any potential tummy upset.

Male 28 years oldI supplemented on Dim before from another brand back in 2019. I stacked this along with fasting, weight loss diet, Zinc, 5,000 Iu Vitamin D3 with K2 and weight training. I got my blood work couple months into this regime and my tests came back at 1025 NG/DL. I was shocked. Needless to say DIM works. HOWEVER, taking DIM from this brand caused my urine to turn dark orange which apparently is normal from eating alot of Cruciferous vegetables. But I also noticed a weird sensation or minor pain on the mid right side if my back everytime I took this. When I stopped taking it the side effects were gone.

The best quality Dim supplement for me. The size it worth the price too. Good add to my supplement. This is what I need now
