Fake copper
This is a scam. It's some other metal but it's not copper, it's painted with copper, it started to rust so I cleaned it with a sponge and the paint came off.

NOT PURE COPPER! I accidentally touched a ROD AGAINST A MAGNET AND IT STUCK!
These so called “PURE COPPER” ARE BOGUS! They work, but they are NOT pure copper “as advertised” but probably COPPER COATED WELDING RODS, or something very similar. So DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE LITERATURE and FIND OUT FOR YOURSELVES. These are STEEL RODS with a copper coating on the outside of them! BUYER BEWARE!
