This product works very well. Haven’t had a squirrel problem since I have been using it.

Managed mice better than poison and traps. Requires monthly maintenance.

I have had to send this back two times. The lid comes off, in the box and half of it is gone, when I get this product. Please fix the lid or put fragile on it, so UPS will handle it more carefully.

Bottle appears to be previously opened. No seal on top of bottle. Flipping top was partly opened. Product (which is a powder) was on bottle. Also, a lot (1/2 cup ?) actually in shipping box. Since box was not completely sealed on bottom, product ended up on counter top, where box was opened

I do not like the smell. I haven’t determined for sure whether it works good or not but I did have a spot where the mice were coming in so I mixed the product with caulk, filled the hole again but the mouse chewed right through it again.

I am uses product and Wisconsin northern Wisconsin and also in Florida. It’s a very good product to repel rodents as a very nice add to it and works great.

We have underground burrowing rats. This almost instantly kept them away from our beds and trees from below. But I think that’s the key—if you have surface rats this probably won’t work….but as it gets watered into the aoil it definitely repels burrowing rats—-for me.

Works just like it is supposed to!
