"Money Down the Drain: Printer Disaster and Terrible Customer Service!"
I recently bought a printer, and it has been one of the worst purchases in a long time. Right after I got it, the printer started malfunctioning — it prints with gaps, grabs multiple sheets at once, and constantly shows error messages. I tried reaching out to the seller for help, but unfortunately, their service is far from satisfactory. Instead of assisting in resolving the issue, I was bounced around from one representative to another, and the responses to my calls felt reluctant and unhelpful.I requested an exchange for a working printer or a refund, but the seller kept coming up with excuses: they needed more time for inspection, or some documents were supposedly missing, even though I provided all the receipts and warranty information. It feels like they simply don’t want to support customers after a sale is made. I find this approach to customer service unacceptable, as buyers trust the seller, expecting quality products and support if issues arise.In the end, I’m left with a non-functional printer and money wasted. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone looking for decent customer service or a reliable product.

Very disappointed
I purchased this item, and shortly after the return window was up the item broke and left me out $200. I called zebra and did everything I could to try and fix it and they told me internal parts were broken.

I purchased a Zebra unit that functioned well for just 45 days before the red button turned on and it never printed again. Attempting to resolve the issue through Zebra's support line was a nightmare—my emails went unanswered. After a week of this frustrating silence, I managed to send the unit to a support center, only to be left in the dark for another 15 days. During this period, my team had to make daily calls to get any updates. Finally, we were told the unit was repaired, but contrary to Zebra’s guarantee policies, we were required to pick it up ourselves.Zebra's quality deserves a 3/10. Their customer service? A resounding 0/10. And their responsiveness? A dismal -10/10. While it's understandable that machines can fail, the complete absence of customer service is unacceptable. If you value reliable support, DO NOT BUY ZEBRA PRODUCTS.
