Turner Acryl Gouache Yusuke Nakamura Set of 12, 11ml Tubes

i love anime and love art (though i’m quite bad at it). my preferred media is a gouache and when i seen this was a thing, i HAD to get it. these are just smaller tubes of colors turners already offers, and you can buy them in bigger sizes if you love the quality and need to re up. turners makes amazing quality gouache so you can trust that these will be good. light fastness is on the box and on each tube. i believe these are artist grade.

I adore these paints! Love that they are matte and stay put once dry!

This is a fantastic beginner’s set, but it is a little expensive. I paid 32, but I’ve noticed the price has gone up. I do recommend buying some extra colors though to go with it, or buying another set with primary colors. The artwork on the box is beautiful!

Unfortunately, I purchased this product for a trip, and only used it four months after it arrived. I would have returned it immediately if I had tested it within the return window. Out of 18 tubes, only one has the consistency I expect from acrylic gouache. Two tubes are so dried up, they are unusable. The other 15 tubes are very dry and can be thinned with water, but it's hard to get a good consistency for painting. If you're not careful, you leave small crumbs of paint on your page that will make sketchbook pages stick together later. I have heard good things about Turner acrylic gouache, and I expect it's fine if you purchase a good batch.

I LOVED Blue Period! It's one of my favorite anime. And because I have merch, and I'm an artist, I needed the artist merch!! Haha ok seriously. These paints are oh so smooth! Dry like velvet! Beautiful color saturation! So happy with them! I actually ordered the larger set of turner gouache.

I wanted to try out gouache for the first time. The turner set was definitely a good choice. I like the variety of colors in the set. The colors are opaque and have a rich tone.The price is great for what you get.
