My pitbull mix has been on mostly science diet large breed. She wouldn’t eat that well until we started mixing it with warm water and mix ins. But she always sniffed around the cat’s food and seemed keen on fish, so I got this to try. She scarfs it down and then brings me the empty bowl! I still mix it up like I have been since it’s only been a few days, but I think she prefers the flavor and the smaller kibble. Maybe a total coincidence, but she seems much calmer since we started this food so maybe the other one bothered her belly. So far, so good.

The only dogfood I purchase for my golden. I was hopeful the great reviews would turn out to be a good and healthy choice for my girl. She has a lot of skin and coat issues and this pup food has been a great choice. She no longer scratches as she did with other flavors (chicken, beef). The salmon is giving her the Omega Oils she needs and she loves the flavor. Mama is happy because the price is within my budget - unlike the super expensive brands on the market.

For dogs that seem to have sensitive stomachs and skin this is doing well for my 2 dogs.Costs fluctuate as with everything, I can't get locally as I don't have a car.

If you use this brand, it’s a good buy for the money. It did help with my grandsons pitbulls skin & digestive issues.

Ya'll, when Trixie was about 6 months old she started scratching like crazy. Our trainer said she may have developed an allergy to what she was eating which was Purina ONE with chicken. Thankfully, we switched to the salmon blend, and the itching/scratching virtually stopped. We're both happier.
