Gtube baby starter cup
When my daughter passed her swallow study we used this cup as a starter and it really helped her gain the concept of drinking.

It must really work
My son has sensory issues and motor skill delays. He was 2 1/2 years old and still not drinking from a straw. I researched and found this honey bear bottle and it was highly recommended. I purchased it and he tried it one time. The very next day, he drank from a plastic straw at a restaurant for the first time ever. He’s been drinking from a straw since then. I am unsure if it was just pure luck, or if the bottle really works that well! Lol. I will say I expected a little more quality for the price. It is quite literally a honey bear bottle that has been rinsed out well of the honey, and the straws were 2 pieces of cut up hose pipe that you’d buy at a hardware store. So it could easily be a DIY project to make your own at home if need be.

Works as advertised
My baby learned to use this cup just as the instructions said, within three tries and mastered it by the end of the day. I would give this 5 stars if not for one thing - the straws never dry. Even mini-bottle brushes don’t fit in to scrub/dry them out. That’s one big downside as it can be a breeding ground for mold.

Love it!
My 15 month old tubie was just allowed to drive honey thick liquids. When I use the honey bear, he was so excited! You could see that he was so happy to have a cup like all the other kids!! No leaks and now he’s drinking like a champ!

Smells and tastes terrible
Can I give 0 stars?? My 7 month old wouldn’t drink from it after a sip, and when I tried the water it tasted and smelled like the worst plastic!!! It’s going straight in the trash if I can’t return it, too bad, the concept is good.

It actually works
I can't believe the price, but the stupid thing works! I had tried other various popular straw cups for my (so far, typical, healthy) 11 month old and he just got frustrated at everything and pushed them away. We've been doing open cup for several months but he gets strangled by gulping. I kept coming back to this listing debating on trying it but the price was off-putting. I finally gave in and within 24 hours of trying it out, he got it and now he can drink from any straw and gets strangled much less often.

It works but you can only use it for a few weeks at most.
Pros: Get it! It’s expensive for what it is but it works. It helped teach my 7 month to drink from a straw the first time she used it.Cons: after a 2 weeks the straw is impossible to clean and any bit of water left in it will grow fuzzy mold.
