Wax takes 10 mins to melt. It is very good product. I got orange flavour wax beans one packet, heater, knife, wax strips and wooden sticks 10.

Machine is good, but bead wax wasn't appealing.... beadwax is good if you don't want to use wax strips but it creates lot of mess.

The wax heater is not working properly very slow 4 hour lga kr rakhne se bhi ni heat kiya aur maine mangwaya jabb takk lga kr ni dekha tha waste of money They show three packet of beans wax but send only one

The inside of the heater is dented

It's worth the price. No need to shave after getting this product.

As i mentioned the heater is an amazing product but the wax and those sticks are just the waste of money eventually we have to pay extra for these wax beans spatulla and all then why we should compromise with the quality... The wax pealed off my skin tried on different people but same happened with them also... Cleaning the bean wax and heater is also very tuff the quality of the seperate container is not good if you will remove the handle it'll become very flimsy.. so you can work on it...
