I'm a goalie that was going through a pretty bad groin pull and I needed something to get me through the end of the season/rehab. I ordered a pair of these and got them SUPER fast. I literally them on 2-days after I placed the order. They prevented me from doing anything too crazy while exercising and I even managed to use them during a few of my games that I had left.They do fit snug, but that's what I expected. They'll be a bit uncomfortable to begin with, but once you break them in your shouldn't have anything to worry about.
