Good replacement.
These are nice. There were no problems putting in the unit from the old keyfob.

Repaired my own key.
Read many reviews & I was skeptical to get the new key cut. So I only used the lock button to replace my missing lock button (everything else is my original parts) It fits perfectly & works great! IF YOUR METAL KEY BROKE OUT OF THE FOB LIKE MINE, I’ll tell you what I did. I used a drop of super glue on the perimeter of the meter TO HOLD THE METAL KEY PART IN ITS PLACE, let it dry before closing the fob & be careful not to get it on the buttons or the actuator AND IT ACTUALLY IS HOLDING UP like new. The dealer quoted me $400 to program& cut a new key. NO THANK YOU! Hope this can help someone too. God bless!

Good price key fob
The media could not be loaded. My OEM 2015 Toyota Camry LE remote key fob was broken and I need to replace a new one. The installation is easy and I took it to key shop to copy it and it was no problem for that. I have been using it more than a year. The white color faded a little bit and the label in the rear side detached a little bit. But the metal part is still working good in starting my car and opening the door. Overall not bad to purchase

Gets the job done but get the magnet out of the old key.
Key worked as I needed it. The first I ordered was incorrect. Second key arrived correctly. Went to Lowe’s and had it cut for the cost of a house key. Swapped the internals of my old key into this key. Make sure you include both the keypad circuit board, as well as, a small rectangle shaped magnet out of the old one. The new one doesn’t include the magnet. This is needed for the car to actually start. At first I didn’t see it because it was pushed into the rectangle hole, but it’s there. Had to tear the old key housing completely apart to get it.The quality of the metal is a little low but gets the job done. I’ve been using it for two months or so and I’m seeing a decent amount of wear in the key part that goes into the ignition. It’s rounding the corners/edges already.Overall though if you have the insides of your old key, this is a good replacement if you can swap it. Much cheaper than a dealer key and it gets the job done.

Does not work/fit. Don't bother buying.
The case does not fit over the key components well. The size is off. The button pieces are also too big and does not press down, have to shave of the sides to make it fit to actually press down on. Terrible product. Waste of money.

New Toyota key
The key works well, how ever not everyone wants to do the key.In my local ACE hardware I was able to get the key done and the gentleman pointed where the chip was, at home I was able to remove the chip ( which look like a very little magnet rectangular so small) then I deposited into the new key and work great, I test the ignition and start the car with out any problem, open the doors and the trunk with no problem.I do believe other doesn’t want to do it because they want to charge $250.00 to & 300.00 dollars. If you can find someone to do the key and can change the chip go forward. The original chip inside of the original key is very tight, so be very careful removing it if not you will damage it and the hold work will be lost, and then you have to buy a new complete new key.Thank you and Good luckJose I MedinaDeltona Florida

2 years later
It’s a good key, it feels solid, the buttons and shell have been holding up to everyday use. I ordered this key shell to replace my old Toyota key back in 2020, and 2 years later, it still works. The buttons haven’t faded much (so far) and they feel sturdy, compared to another aftermarket Toyota key I have. There are the usual wear and tear and scratches from me constantly dropping it, but I have a feeling it won’t break like other cheap Amazon bought keys. I just had to move the chipset over to the new key, and the transponder magnet (which is a bit difficult grabbing from the original key). I got the key cut at my local hardware store for a few bucks. For less than $20, I have a functioning replacement key.

Engine cranks but won't start.
A transponder chip is required to start my 2014 Corolla. The detailed description mentions that the transponder chip is not included. I was not aware that the chip was separate from the button box.
