Good kit and worked well
Nicely made bushing and shims with good directions which installed exactly as they stated it would. Used to better match Ford Mustang rack to GM steering pump and shimmed it for average Ford pressure but may reduce further as would like a more effort at wheel. Will use for a while before deciding. Shims reduce pressure in small increments so hard to go overboard in adjustment.Excellent instructions and value and I would recommend.

Works great!
Used this for adapting a Saginaw pump to a crown Vic subframe swap on my 65F100. Have not got to test the pressure drop yet but the kit and instructions along with proper sized washers and the case for holding in place on vice was worth the price!

Did what I needed
Worked like a charm with clear instructions. Didn’t have to remove the pump to service and was done in a few minutes with noticeable difference in the reduction of pump output pressure.

But this kit works for what it is and not a bad price.
I didn't end up using cause I found out that I was looking to control flow not pressure. But this kit works for what it is and not a bad price.

Works as it should
I actually used this kit in 2 vehicles I own and it never let me down.

Perfect fix for too much pressure. Easy to install.
Fantastic results! Originally my P/S pump turned like I was driving on ice and overheated. I reduced the pressure and installed an fluid cooler and added synthetic fluid. The temp was reduced from 190 plus to under 120.The car steers perfectly. FYI I used 3 of the 5 shims.

Great Steering Part
I own a classic 67 Buick. I have a fast ratio 21/2 turn steering gear and by tightening the steering up a little, it is a great compliment to this gear. When installing the shims/washers, you will have to road test the vehicle and check that it does not bind up at low RPM's.

Easy peasy
Instructions were easy to follow. The supplied tool to hold the valve in a vice worked perfectly.
