I suffer from IBS and I tried many products. This one seems helping a little bit to keep my tummy issues under control. I started taking it after I had a tummy bug to help me restore the bacteria balance in my gut and I must say it helped. This combined with a healthy diet can help improve symptoms. I just bought it again to go for another month.

I started on these and felt pretty bloated for a couple of days so decided to stop. A week later I came back to them as I had noticed a significant change after just two days of taking them. I now take them every day with no bloating and I can’t believe the difference they have made. I feel so much healthier and reassured after taking these and will continue to do so.

This is a good product but I since realised there are other products out there with a higher bacteria and CFU count so I only used it once.

Having done a tonne of research into the gut and its flora, you soon realise that the key is not just taking a Probiotic, but to make this effective a Prebiotic is needed and taking Butyric Acid is essential.In essence, a Prebiotic with Butyric Acid will help lay the foundation to ensure the Probiotic works properly. This product is a good strength with a good dose of Probiotics. It contains 8 different strains and 14 Billion cultures.I take it in the morning on an empty stomach, but after taking BA and the PreBiotic. Slowly my gut flora has gotten better. I have fewer IBS symptoms, less bloating and overall I feel so much better.This is an excellent product that works. I am happy to recommend it.
