Came very well packaged to avoid damage to sensitive product

Do not buy from here. I have tried to contact them for the issues I have pertaining to the play station I bought that has had issues since I first purchased. I bought it for myself as a birthday present. I have trouble shot the issue but my PlayStation will randomly turn off while only playing a game for 5-10 mins.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend! Like new. No issues whatsoever! He loves it!

I had the worst experience ive ever had with an Amaxon purchase. First, package came in just a cardboard box ( not Song packaging ) but I guess that’s expected when you buy renewed ( which I still payed a very high price for used product ) it also came with random cables and was just overall sketchy. I moved on and started the console set up. As soon as I downloaded a game ( which was estimated to take +50 hours and actually took 2 whole days to download ) I proceeded to enter the game and immediately the console would blast its fans and shut off completely. I received this interaction over and over again even after redownloading the game. I would not recommend and just bite the bullet a pay for brand new from trusted sellers WITH WARRANTY!

I bought this for my boyfriend, trying to save a little bit of money (brand new ps5’s are expensive). I was worried about issues that may come up based on the reviews I had read but went for it anyway!! I was comforted by some of the reviews saying the customer support team was quick to assist. It came in the mail 4 days early! Graphics quality is fantastic, we had no problems getting it connected to WiFi or getting his PlayStation account to connect!! He is a VERY happy customer! And I am extremely grateful that everything works the way it needs to!!

I ordered this thinking it would be the digital PS5 but it turns out they sent me the non-digital system instead. You can still download games and use discs but I wish they were upfront about it. For charging double the cost and not being upfront on what they send, I give a 4 star rating. However, they were quick with the delivery so that's a plus. I'm overall satisfied.

I’m going to be straight up and say do not buy this! I’m not the one to complain about certain items, but man yall really did bad on this one. Didn’t receive the ps5 box it came wrapped up in bubble wrap, no HDMI, no power cord and the controller power cord does not work luckily, I still have my cords from ps4. Now all that small stuff right but yall sold me a permanently or temporarily suspended ps5 AKA permanently banned console.
